Standard Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, with all parts and packaging included. We will provide a refund or exchange according to the original payment method. Please note:Non-Sanitize Solutions Retail Purchases: Products bought from other retailers must be returned to the original seller, subject to their return policies.
U.S. Only: Returns are accepted only in the U.S.
High-Value Refunds: Returns for payments over $500 may require additional processing time.
Gift Returns: Refunds for returns with gift receipts will be issued as store credit.
Product Condition Inspection: Returned products will be inspected before a refund is issued.
Bulk Returns: For returns of ten or more units of the same product, please contact our customer service.
Non-Returnable Products: Certain customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns.

Pricing, Price Adjustments, and Corrections

Sanitize Solutions reserves the right to adjust prices or correct errors at any time. If a price reduction occurs within 14 days of your purchase, contact us to request a price adjustment. Price protection is limited to purchases of up to 10 units per product.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Sanitize Solutions reserves the right to decline any order or limit quantities. Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent. Receiving a confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, and we may cancel orders for various reasons, including suspected resale.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier pickup. If issues arise with your delivery, please contact us for assistance.

In-Store Pickup and Return

In-store pickup is available for select products. You or a designated person must present a government-issued ID and the order number for pickup. If items are not picked up within the specified period, the order may be canceled.

Consumer Sales Only

We sell and ship products directly to end-users. Orders suspected of being for resale may be canceled.

Product Availability

Availability is subject to change based on demand. If we are unable to fulfill an order, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
